This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in permitting the 4th respondent for shifting the Indira Priya Darshini Primary School from 37/243 to 37/2432, Kondayapalli, Chinachowk, Kadapa in Rc.No.548/A2/2014, dated 01-05-2015 without any reason or basis and without application of mind and without considering anything including report of the 3rd respondent dated 22-04-2015 and even against sub-rule 22 of Rule 10 of G.O.Ms.No.1, Education, dated 01-01-1994.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
