THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13929 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner is a fair price shop dealer of shop No.20, Oppicherla Village of Karempudi Mandal in Guntur District. Due to certain irregularities, 6A proceedings were initiated against the petitioner. A show cause notice was issued on 27.03.2015 to the petitioner raising two allegations. When the petitioner did not submit his explanation, the impugned order was passed on 07.04.2015 suspending the authorisation, pending further enquiry. Now the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner submitted the explanation on 11.04.2015.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry in accordance with law and pass a final order within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
