As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 23.03.2017, the matter was listed to 30.03.2017 under the caption "for dismissal". In spite of matter being posted under the caption "for dismissal" there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.03.2017. As a final chance, the same was listed to today under the same caption. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
