HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 27240 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Venkateswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). Alleging certain unauthorised constructions in premises bearing No.3-4-9, Barkatpura, Hyderabad, the respondent - Corporation issued a notice under Sections 452(1) and 461(1) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955. Responding to the same, according to the petitioner, he submitted his explanation on 28.07.2018. The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that without considering the said explanation, and without passing any orders on the same, respondent - authorities are attempting to demolish the subject construction.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondent - Corporation to consider the explanation dated 28.07.2018 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass final orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Till final orders are passed, no coercive action

pursuant to notice No.457/TPS/ACP/C-16(old-C-9B)/ GHMC/2018 dated 20.07.2018 shall be taken with regard to the subject constructions.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
