This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 03.11.2011 in I.A. No.419 of 2010 in A.S. S.R. No.473 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, West Godavari District at Eluru. 2.

As per the Office note, the appeal was dismissed on 16.2.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. 3.
