The Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order dated 29.12.2010, passed by the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Nellore in E.P.No.723 of 2006 in O.S.No.98 of 2000.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that subsequent to filing of the civil revision petition, a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and consequently the E.P proceedings before the Court below stands closed. Recording the said submission, the civil revision petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this revision petition, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
