This case is listed under the caption 'for withdrawal' in view of the letter, dated 25.02.2022 addressed by the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

When the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition. Permission is accorded and the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.
