HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO W.A.No.1577 OF 2014 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the appellant as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondent had informed this Court that the issue involved in the writ appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 15.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.A.No.183 of 2022.

Following the order dated 15.03.2022 in W.A.No.183 of 2022 and for reasons alike, this Writ Appeal is also allowed. No costs.
