HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.14501 of 2008 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 1st respondent in auctioning the lease hold rights in respect of land admeasuring Ac.5-98 cents in Sy.No.20/A-1 of Mangalagiri village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary.

The auction notice is for a period of three years i.e. from 2008-09 to 2010-11. As the auction period has already expired, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedies available to him, under the law. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
