This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw G.W.O.P.No.740 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the Family Court, at Rayadurgam, Ananthapur District. 2.
At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispense with the presence of the petitioner in G.W.O.P.No.740 of 2014 on each and every date of adjournment before the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner in G.W.O.P.No.740 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad, is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, the petitioner shall attend before the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad, as and when her presence is so required.

With the above observation, transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
