This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order, dated 31-01-2012 in I.A.No.1855 of 2011 in O.S.No.410 of 2005 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem. 2.

As per office note, dated 24-10-2016, the suit itself was disposed of on 20-03-2015. Learned counsel for the respondents also submitted that the suit was disposed of.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, no further orders need be passed in this revision.
