ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner seeks a declaration that action of respondents 2 and 3 in not considering the claim of the petitioner on appointment in regular vacancy of Physiotherapist, though a regular vacancy is available in Atmakur District Hospital of Nellore district.

The prayer sought by the petitioner itself would disclose that petitioner is seeking employment in Government service of State of Andhra Pradesh. All service grievances pertaining to the State of Andhra Pradesh have to be agitated before Andhra Pradesh State Administrative Tribunal constituted under Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 as held by the Supreme Court in L CHANDRAKUMAR Vs UNION OF INDIA1.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
