HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.13610 of 2014 O R D E R :

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner-accused is acquitted on 07.11.2016 in C.C.No.274 of 2011 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jagtial, Karimnagar District. In support of his submission, he produced before this Court the letter addressed to him by the SubInspector of Police concerned. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
