Order:

This Company Application is filed for various reliefs including an order to dissolve the Company in Liquidation. On 22-09-2014, this Court has permitted the Official Liquidator to first adjudicate the claims of two creditors and report to the Court thereon. Accordingly, the Official Liquidator has submitted his report, dated 04-06-2015, along with which he has filed the copies of (i) Form No.69, whereby he has rejected the claim made by the Commercial Tax Officer, Jeedimetla Circle, and (ii) Form No.70 relating to the claim made by M/s.Karvy Consultants Limited, informing the latter that its claim to the extent of Rs.5,19,275/- has been admitted. Mr.M.Anil Kumar, learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator, submitted that, as certain other formalities are required to be completed before seeking dissolution of the Company in Liquidation, the Official Liquidator intends to withdraw this Application with liberty to file a fresh one after completing those formalities.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator, this Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Official Liquidator in terms of the prayer made.
