B/O tk I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.10164 of 2021 dt.04.01.2022 that he should appear before the respondent authorities once in a fortnight i.e. on every 1st and 3rd Sunday between 10.00 A.M and 2.00 P.M. till charge sheet is filed.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner released from jail on 06.01.2022 and since then he is reporting before the concerned authorities as directed by this Court. He also submits that the petitioner is native of Warangal and therefore he is facing difficulty in attending the ACB officials on every 1st and 3rd Sunday; and as such seeks relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.10164 of dt.04.01.2022, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned authorities, as and when required.
