THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT APPEAL No.1159 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma) The present writ appeal is arising out of an interim order dated 30.04.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge in I.A.No.2 of 2018 in W.P.No.14497 of 2018.

The writ appeal was filed in the year 2018 and no interim order was granted in the matter.

The interim order granted by the learned Single Judge is still continuing. Therefore, in the considered opinion of this Court, the writ petition itself deserves to be heard finally.

Office is directed to list the writ petition before the learned Single Judge having roster on 28.03.2022 on which date the parties shall appear before the learned Single Judge.

The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of.
