Heard Mr.Mangena Sree Rama Rao, for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home. The Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that the respondent herein in fact have taken steps for filing final report in the matter and for want of the address or availability of petitioner, the same could not be done.

To the extent of service of notice and the efforts made by respondent, the statement is placed on record. The respondent can send notice by registered post acknowledgment due and file final report, if the respondent is unable to get the petitioner.

With the above observation, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
