This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/Accused to quash the proceedings in Crime No.254 of 2014 of Lalapet Police Station, Guntur Urban District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of IPC, but subsequently, the case in C.C.No.471 of 2014 was ended in acquittal on 16.11.2015. 2.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
