HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.7591 of 2015 AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.7686 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.505 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, at Warangal, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 324, 506 and 209 read with 34 IPC.

2. Pending the criminal petition, Crl.M.P.No.7591 of 2015 is filed by the 2nd respondent along with joint memo with the affidavit of 2nd respondent stating that they amicably settled the matter out side the Court and that she herself and the 1st petitioner/A.1 are agreed to live together by drowning their differences. Therefore, permit them to compound the offences.

3. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they have amicably settled the matter to purchase peace. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant since present with the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.No.7591 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C.No.505 of 2014 on the file of

the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, at Warangal, are quashed against the petitioner. The bail bonds of the petitioners/A.1 to A.5, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
