Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings (AP) and the learned Government Pleader for Assignment (AP) appearing for the respondents. 2.

Material available on record discloses that in fact, the petitioner herein for redressal of his grievance, submitted a representation, dated 25.04.2017, to the 2nd respondent.

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that without taking any action on the said representation, the respondents, in deviation to the assurance given earlier, are proceeding with the construction activity i.e., process of laying of road. 4.

Since the representation is pending consideration, this Court is of the considered opinion that a direction be given to the respondents to verify and take appropriate action on the representation, dated 24.07.2017, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to verify and take appropriate action on the representation, dated 24.07.2017, made by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
