THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.11537 of 2015 ORDER:

It is stated by learned counsel representing Sri V. Ramchander Goud, learned standing counsel for respondent-JNTU that earlier similar writ petitions as the instant one filed assailing the action of the respondent-JNTU in seeking to collect 'common service fee' from the petitioners therein in relation to the students pursuing undergraduate and post graduate engineering courses in private unaided institutions in the State and also in not excluding the "private autonomous colleges" from payment of 'common services fee' to the University as fixed under various GOs as being illegal, arbitrary and for consequential directions, was dismissed by the learned single Judge of this Court. It is also stated that the writ appeals being WA No.268 of 2016 and batch filed there against also ended in dismissal affirming the order of the learned single Judge passed in the writ petitions.

This writ petition being similar, following the judgment and for the reasons alike in WA No.268 of 2016, this writ petition is also dismissed.
