The Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners with the following relief : " to declare the action of respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in calling the petitioners to the Pennamaluru P.S., Vijayawada City, Krishna District and continuously threatening over phone and to settle the alleged civil disputes pertaining to her mother without any notice or any manner of right by following procedure established under law or due process of law and threatening to implicate the petitioners in a crime is nothing but arbitrary, illegal "

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that as on today there is no complaint against the petitioners and only the parents of petitioner No.1 and in-laws of the petitioner No.2 are arrayed as acc used in FIR No.420 of 2018 and the other allegations are denied.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners except in accordance with law. The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
