THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 12665 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 on the complaint, dated 13.03.2017, given by the petitioner for grant of police aid for implementing the orders, dated 16.11.2016, passed by the learned IX Senior Civil Judge, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District in I.A.No.1641 of 2016 in O.S.No.1720 of 2016.

It is submitted by both the learned counsel that after issuance of notice on 11.04.2017, necessary police protection was afforded as requested by the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
