As it is a default bail granted with conditions by the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur, in Crl.M.P.No.286 of 2018 dated 23.04.2018 and the condition of one out of two sureties must be within Guntur Town is shown onerous to secure by the petitioner belongs to Chennai, the said condition is modified to two sureties may be either local or non-local. The other conditions remain same.
