THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.42535 of 2015 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ or mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondents no.5 to 7 in coming to the house of the petitioner and threatening the mother of the petitioner to bring him to the police station, otherwise the petitioner has to face dire consequences in their hands, is nothing but arbitrary, illegal, null and violative of principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India. Consequently, direct the respondents no.

5 to 7 not to harass and not to call the petitioner or his family members to the police station and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." The Station House Officer, Sangareddy Town Police Station, Medak District, filed a counter-affidavit, wherein he stated as under: "The allegations in the para-3 that "since 2.12.2015 the respondents 6 and 7 are regularly visiting the petitioner's house and harassing his mother and sister, when he was not present at his home, and informing his mother that, she has to bring the petitioner to the Respondent No.5, otherwise the petitioner has to face dire consequences in their hands" are not correct and denied. All those allegations were made to gain sympathy from this Hon'ble Court.

The Local Police registered number of case against the petitioner under the influence of other Political parties is not correct and denied."

In the light of the afore-stated stand of the police authorities, which is duly taken on record, no adjudication is warranted on merits. Sri K.Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner, is also agreeable to the disposal of the writ petition recording the stand of the police authorities.
