HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.16949 of 2016 O R D E R :
When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case is referred as 'lack of evidence' vide proceedings dated 30.09.2018, of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Banjarahills Division, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
