CVNR, J CRP.No.4382 of 2016 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY Civil Revision Petition No.4382 of 2016 Dated 09th September, 2016 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner in this civil revision petition is that the learned I Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam has not been disposing of I.A.No.373 of 2012 in O.S.No.18 of 2009 though the same is pending for the last four years.

In the light of this grievance, in which I find legitimacy, the lower Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.373 of 2012 in O.S.No.18 of 2009 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The civil revision petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the CRP, CRP.MP.No.5703 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
