ORDER:
Petitioner is working as Driver in the respondent-corporation. The disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the petitioner on the allegation that petitioner was involved in major accident resulted in imposing the punishment of withholding of two annual increments with cumulative effect by office order dated 26.03.2011. Aggrieved by the said order, petitioner preferred appeal on 14.08.2012. Alleging that appeal filed by the petitioner on 14.08.2012 is not disposed of and that illegally punishment is imposed and being operated, this writ petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned standing counsel produced the record which disclose that the Regional Manager, Mahabubnagar being appellate authority passed orders on 08.03.2013 rejecting the appeal filed by the petitioner and petitioner was informed that review would lie against the said decision. According to the standing counsel, the said order was communicated to the petitioner.
3. In response, learned counsel for petitioner submits that no such communication was given to the petitioner and petitioner was not aware of the decision by the appellate authority. Having made several representations and having waited for considerable time, on 16.10.2015 legal notice was caused. No reply was given to the said
notice. In the legal notice, it was specifically contended that appeal filed by the petitioner was not disposed of.
4. Having regard to the fact that the appellate authority has already passed the orders, no relief as sought for can be granted. Petitioner has to work out his remedies against the order of the appellate authority. This writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies as available in law if so advised against the orders of the Regional Manager dated 08.03.2013. Learned standing counsel is directed to furnish the copy of the proceedings of the Regional Manager dated 08.03.2013. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
