THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4136 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in Crime No.73 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Chinna Chowk U/G Police Station, Kadapa, registered for the offence punishable under Section 370 IPC, and Sections 3, 4, 5 & 6 of Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 11.07.2017 before the Registry. 3.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
