THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY I.A.No. 01 of 2018 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8130 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

I.A.No. 01 of 2018 This application is filed seeking leave of this Court to compound the offence punishable under Section 380 IPC and to record compromise in Crime No.370 of 2018 of Pendurthy ( Crime) Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, on the ground that the petitioner No.1 is the daughter and petitioner No.2 is the wife of de facto complainant and they settled the dispute outside the Court to lead happy life in future.

De facto complaint and the accused are present in person and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. Due to relationship between the petitioners and the respondents being daughter and wife of the complainant, they settled the dispute outside the Court and the question of their commission of robbery is not required to decide by this Court in view of the settlement between the parties since both the parties stated that the compromise is voluntary and in the interest of both parties to lead their lives happily.

Accordingly, this Application is allowed permitting the parties to compound the said offences and to record compromise.

Cr l.P.No.8 1 3 0 of 2 0 1 8 In view of the Orders passed in I.A.No. 01 of 2018, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.370 of 2018 of Pendurthy ( Crime) Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, are hereby quashed. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the joint memo to the present petition.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand dismissed.
