OFFICE NOTE 24.07.2023 ML, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed upon petitioner-Accused No.3 in Crl.P.No.10158 of 2021 dated 04.01.2022 that he should appear before the police concerned on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 02.00 PM till completion of trial.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been attending before the police concerned as per the directions of this Court dated 04.01.2022. He further submitted that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has also been filed and the same is pending before the Court for taking cognizance. Further he submitted that the petitioner is a native of Vijayawada and attending before the police concerned on every Sunday is causing inconvenience to the petitioner.

In view of the progress in the investigation, the condition of attendance imposed by this Court on the petitioner - accused No.3 in Crl.P.No.10158 of 2021 dated 04.01.2022, is dispensed with.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
