24.07.2023 ML, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed upon petitioner-Accused No.2 in Crl.P.No.10161 of 2021 dated 08.02.2022 that he should appear before the authorities on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 01.00 PM till completion of trial.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been attending before the authorities as per the directions of this Court dated 08.02.2022. He further submitted that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the Court. Further he submitted that the petitioner is a native of Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District and attending before the authorities on every Sunday is causing inconvenience to the petitioner.

In view of the progress in the investigation, the condition of attendance imposed by this Court on the petitioner - accused No.2 in Crl.P.No.10161 of 2021 dated 08.02.2022, is dispensed with.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
