The petitioner filed I.A. No.1 of 2025 seeking clarification of the order dated 01.04.2025 passed in W.P. No. 38583 of 2022. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that subsequent to the passing of the order dated 04.04.2016, in W.P. No. 7569 of 2013, the order dated 27.09.2022 had been passed in W.P. Nos. 18627 and 2413 of 2022 whereunder the said writ petitions had been allowed directing the respondent bank to pay the difference of gratuity to the members of the petitioner association as per formula by taking into consideration of 26 working days in a month.
