This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the schedule property of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.0.04 cents in Sy.No.129 at Amadalavalasa village and Mandal, Srikakulam District, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, at present, there is no threat of demolition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs.
