THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.27146 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners challenge File No.B/1897/2017 dated 17.07.2018.

One of the grievances of petitioners is that petitioners have submitted explanation but respondent No.3 is not passing orders and at the same time he is threatening the petitioners to stop brick kiln activity undertaken by them in Sy.No.18, 18/B, 12, 10/B, 11, 10, 18A, 19, 25 and 26. Mr.Mirza Aijaj Ali Baig, though made a few submissions on merits of the matter, this Court is not pursuaded to examine these grounds. The petitioners, if want to establish and operate brick kiln, the said activity is required to conform to the requirements of law. This aspect of the matter is under enquiry before the 3rd respondent.

Therefore, to meet the ends of justice, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:

The 3rd respondent disposes of Case No.B/1897/2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
