Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn. It is needless to say that the petitioner can avail the remedies available to him under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
