Petitioner alleges that his junior, who is similarly situated, was absorbed as Junior Plant Attendant and earned further promotion and is getting higher pay than the petitioner. Praying to rectify the said anomaly, petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.12.2016 to the Chief General Manager (Administration), Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation, Vidyut Souda, Vijayawada, Krishna District, the 2nd respondent. Alleging inaction on the said representation, the Writ Petition is filed. 3.

Since representation dated 22.12.2016 is already filed by the petitioner and is stated to be pending, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner as regards anomaly in pay and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
