ORAL ORDER:

Petitioners claim to be working on casual basis in the respondent university. Petitioners apprehend that University is proposing to disengage their service and resorting to engaging freshers. The prayer sought in the writ petition itself would show that as of now, no adverse decision is made by the University affecting the conditions of service of the petitioners. That being so, cause in the writ petition is premature. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to workout their remedies as and when cause of action arises. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
