ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 13.10.2014, in W.P.Nos.12210, 19769 & 21939 of 2014, whereby this Court has directed the District Collector-cum-Chairman, District Level Committee to consider the applications of respondent Nos.5 to 7 in the writ petition, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the said respondents and the petitioners, take a final decision by giving detailed reasons in support thereof and communicate the same to both the parties.

The respondent has filed a counter affidavit, wherein he has stated that in compliance with the order of this Court, personal hearing was held on 03.01.2015 and after hearing both the parties, he has passed order in proceedings bearing No.3000/A-5/2015, dated 17.01.2015. A copy of the said proceedings is filed along with the counter affidavit.

Inasmuch as the respondent has complied with the order referred to above, the contempt case is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy, if they feel aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent. As a sequel to disposal of the contempt case, Application No.148 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
