THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.27128 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner complains inaction of 2nd respondent in considering and disposing of the stay petition filed along with revision presented on 28.11.2017.

As it is against inaction, this Court is not considering the merits of the matter. It is suffice to refer to the order granted by this Court while disposing of W.P.No.31240 of 2015 wherein status-quo is directed to be maintained by parties.

Keeping in view the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:

(a) The 2nd respondent considers passing orders on the application filed by the petitioner on 28.11.2017 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(b) The petitioner is given liberty to enclose a copy of this order along with memo and seek a date for hearing.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
