M/S R.A.S. Poly Build Products Private Limited, v. The Special Court Under The A.P. Land Grabbing

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10608 of 2014 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) This writ petition is directed against the order passed on 21.08.2013 in I.A.No.504 of 2013 in L.G.C.No.20 of 2011 on the file of 1st respondent/Special Court under the A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982 at Hyderabad.

It is stated that respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 namely Rupcharan Sanghi @ Roopkaran Sanghi, Naresh Kumar Sanghi and Rajender Prasad Sanghi have instituted L.G.C.No.20/2011 on the file of the 1st respondent/Special Court against the writ petitioner and its predecessor in title and interest namely the 5th respondent herein. Sri M.V.Suryanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md. Shijaluddin, learned counsel representing respondent Nos.2 to 4 have filed the present W.P.M.P.No.744 of 2016 requesting the court to record the compromise entered into by the writ petitioner on one hand and respondent Nos.2 to 4 on the other. The parties have also signed the memorandum of compromise drawn and settled. On behalf of the petitioner, Sri Viquaruddin Shaik Imam was present in the Court and Sri Rajender Prasad Sanghi is present in the court today. Incidentally, Sri Rajender Prasad holds General Power of Attorney for prosecuting this legal proceeding on behalf of 2nd respondent-Sri Rupcharan Sanghi and 3rd respondent-Sri Naresh Kumar.

Hence, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms and in accordance with the memorandum of compromise signed by and between the parties and by their respective counsel as enclosed to W.P.M.P.No.744 of 2016.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.

No costs.
