THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.1865 OF 2009 ORDER:

When the matter was called earlier on 21.04.2016 and 07.11.2016, none appeared for the petitioners. Subsequently, on 10.11.2016, once again the matter appeared in the list. Even on the said date, there was no representation for the petitioners, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioners. This indicates that the petitioners herein have no interest in prosecuting the writ petition. In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
