This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C') seeking regular bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No.6 in Crime No.632 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 332, 457 and 380 read with Section 511 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.6 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

The case of the prosecution is that the police Medchal found persons attempting to rob money from an ATM machine near More Bakery at Medchal, When the police went there, one of the person was keeping a watch, shouted regardinq the arrival of the police and all of them escaped. However, during the course of investigation, it was found that Accused Nos.l to 4 were from Haryana State and
Crl.Petition No.9l01 of 2022 they have contacted this petitioner who is Accused No.6 to purchase a gas cutter and gas cylinder. Accordingly the said material was purchased by this petitioner to enable the Accused Nos.1 to 4 to rob the ATM machine.
4. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief of regular bail at this juncture.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed' However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his bail application under changed circumstances.
