THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Contempt Case No.524 of 2017 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} On a copy of the order of the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare dated 15.03.2017 being made available to him, Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, while fairly stating that the order of this Court has now been complied with, would, however, complain that the petitioner has been needlessly forced to approach this Court.

As the order has been, admittedly, complied with, we see no reason to proceed against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
