This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "to issue a Writ or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No. 2 in not giving police aid to implement the order of status quo granted in I.A. No.75/2010 in O.S.No.98/2010 on the file of VIII Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rangareddy District as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India"

In view of the interim direction granted by this Court on 01.02.2011 and in view of the disposal of O.S. No.98 of 2010, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
