HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9666 of 2014 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.79 of 2014 of Nizamabad III Town police station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 423 I.P.C. read with Sections 13(1)(b) of (Teklangana Area) Money Lender's Act and under Section 506 I.P.C.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, the respondent State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the parties compromised before the Lok Adalat and the same was recorded and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.

3) Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
