HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This revision is filed challenging the docket order dated 19.01.2016.

2. As seen from the endorsement in the docket, I.A. was returned seeking clarification from the petitioner how petition is maintainable under Section 29 of the Provincial Insolvency Act. Time granted was seven days. No explanation was filed to the said objection and straightaway this revision is filed and that too after seven months of the said endorsement.

3. Petitioner ought to have filed his explanation to the objection and satisfy the Court below. Without filing any explanation, straightaway he cannot come and invite decision of this Court even before the Court below has expressed its opinion on the objection raised. Thus, Civil Revision Petition cannot be entertained at this stage.

4. Accordingly, without expression any opinion on merits, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to file appropriate explanation as warranted by law. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed. No costs.
