The case of the petitioner is that she is aged about 76 years and has no movable or immovable properties and her husband died about 25 years back and used to live by doing cooli work. In fact, till 2014, the petitioner resided in Chintalapadu Village of Tiruvuru Mandal, which was native place of her husband and thereafter she became sick moved to adjacent village Mustikuntla of Tiruvuru Mandal, where her relatives live. Earlier the petitioner was granted widow pension vide ID.No.117680 along with other villagers at Chintalapadu Village and even after moving Mustikuntla village, she has drawn pension for two or three months. The petitioner also states that she obtained Aadhar card vide No.541666449788 and Ration Card No.T.A.P.061306235576 from Mustikuntla Village.

From the month of October, 2014, the petitioner's pension has been stopped on the ground that she is not residing in Chintalapadu Village. On knowing the same, the petitioner made representations on 20-09-2014, 10-11-2014 and 23-03-2015 to the respondents 3 and 4. But no action has been taken. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of above facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the applications filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and take action thereafter within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
