The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 has not fixed the date for disposing the appeal No.A2/702/2020, which has been transferred from the office of respondent No.3 to respondent No.2 after the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2020 came into force.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that memo dated 25.06.2021 was submitted by the petitioner requesting respondent No.2 to take-up the appeal for hearing pertaining to land admeasuring Ac.0.27.75 guntas in survey No.162/a/a situated at Koheda Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. 3.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to pass orders in the appeal bearing No. No.A2/702/2020 filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
