This Interlocutory Application is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.2 seeking the Court to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.P.No.11126 of 2023 dated 04.12.2023.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was a student, pursuing his C.A. course and was preparing for Telangana State Group-II Examination. He was granted bail on 04.12.2023 by this Court by imposing condition that he should appear before the Station House Officer, Rajendra Nagar Police Station, everyday for a period of eight weeks. Thereafter, he filed I.A.No. 1 of 2024 to relax the condition of appearing before the concerned Station House Officer every day for a period of eight weeks and the said condition was relaxed by this Court vide order dated 11.01.2024 directing the petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer, P.S.Rajendranagar, on every Monday and Wednesday at about 10.00 AM, until further orders.

-2- I.A.No.2 of 2024 in Crl.P.No.11126 of 2023 Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner had duly complied the said order and he was appearing before the Station House Officer regularly as per the directions of this Court. The entire investigation was completed, charge-sheet was also filed and hence, prayed to relax the bail conditions.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was appearing before the Station House Officer as directed by this Court. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor, as investigation is completed and charge-sheet is also filed, it is considered fit to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

Accordingly, I.A.

is ordered and the condition imposed against the petitioner to appear before the investigating authorities on every Monday and Wednesday at about 10.00 AM, is hereby relaxed.
